摘要： The present invention relates a process for obtaining biocide compounds derived from Bacillus sp. cultures, compositions and formulations thereof, and their use in conservation of objects of cultural heritage.
The process of the present invention involves culturing and growing of three Bacillus sp. strains under nutrient stress conditions to obtain an enhanced production of lipopeptides (LPPs) having biocide activity.
Bioactive crude extracts of these Bacillus sp. cultures containing LPPs are disclosed herein and also bioactive compositions and formulations comprising said biocide compounds.
Said bioactive compounds, compositions and formulations have application in control the biodegradation, biodeterioration and conservation of objects of cultural heritage.
Therefore, the present invention is in the area of microbiology, cleaning of artworks, and conservation work of antique objects.

A continuous harvesting equipment is described comprising a set of two fruit harvesting machines, the right side harvester and the left side harvester, where each comprise the following elements:
- Binding system to the tractor;
- Positioning system for the semi-trailered chassis;
- System for detaching fruit from branches;
- Interception system for detached fruits;
- Transport system of fruit for storage receptacle;
- Deposition system of receptacles on the ground;
- Control system of the fruit harvesting machine.
This equipment makes possible an efficient harvesting of fruits from tree or bush branches, in particularly in the case of the olive.

摘要： This invention refers to isolation and utilization of the fungus Pochonia chlamydosporia var. chlamydosporia strain PcMR in biological control of nematodes, characterized in that it has a high virulence against Meloidogyne spp. in in-vitro microbiologic tests, pot tests and field tests. In these tests, the strain PcMR, isolated in Portugal , have a a good performance in the ability to control Meloidogyne spp. populations and shows a good capacity to produce high amounts of chlamydospores used to produce inoculum and to colonize plant roots that might be infected by Meloidogyne spp. This strain can be utilized as part of biological control methods that effectively control root-knot-nematode populations belonging to genus Meloidogyne and this invention refers also to production and utilization of nematicides based on Pochonia chlamydosporia var. chlamydosporia strain PcMR and any organisms derived from this strain.
