The thickness and refractive index of the layer (layer 1) contiguous to the substrate and the thickness and refractive index of the outermost layer (layer 0) satisfy the following requirements: and wherein n, is the refractive index of layer I, no is the refractive index of layer 0, d 1 is the film thickness (nm) of layer 1, do is the film thickness (nm) of layer 0, I is a positive integer, m is an odd positive integer and λ is an optional standard wavelength (nm) selected within the visible ray wavelength region or in the vicinity thereof. The composition for forming layer I comprises at least one member selected from Ti, Al and Zr alkoxides, acylates, chelate compounds of these metals and liquid dispersions of oxides of these metals in an amount of at least 10 wt.% as the metal oxide equivalent weight, based on the coating layer-forming components. 摘要： Glass coating materials and methods are disclosed for the coating of glass substrates used in the manufacturer of photovoltaic solar modules such that the coating enhances the reliability of the module by reducing its susceptibility to potential induced degradation (PID). Coating materials are disclosed that reduce soiling on the front surface of the glass; that increase the surface resistivity of the glass and that repel moisture and that seal the surface from the ingress of moisture. Further electrically conductive coatings are disclosed that reduce the electric field between the front and back surfaces of the glass and hence reduce ion mobility within the glass and transport from the interior glass surface to the solar cell. There are additional configuration choices for fine tuning associated with separately optimizing the exterior and interior glass coating. Finally, coating processes and methods are disclosed for coating glass substrates with the disclosed materials.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for creating nanostructures in and on organic or inorganic substrates comprising at least the following steps: a) providing a primary substrate having a predetermined refractive index; b) coating the primary substrate with one or more mediating layers each having a predetermined refractive index different from that of the primary substrate, wherein the sequence of the layers is arranged so that a predetermined gradient of the refractive index is generated between the primary substrate and the uppermost layer of the one or more mediating layers; c) optionally coating the uppermost layer of the one or more mediating layers with an additional top layer; d) depositing a nanostructured etching mask onto the uppermost layer of the composite substrate obtained after steps a)-b) or a)-c); e) generating protruding structures, in particular conical or pillar structures, or recessed structures, in particular holes, in at least the uppermost layer of the composite substrate by means of reactive ion etching. A further aspect of the invention relates to a composite substrate with a nanostructured surface obtainable by said method.

摘要： A low-reflection coating of the present invention is a porous film including fine silica particles being solid and spherical and having an average particle diameter of 80 to 150 nm; and a binder containing silica as a main component, the fine silica particles being bound together by the binder. The binder further contains an aluminum compound. The low-reflection coating contains, as components, 55 to 70 mass% of the fine silica particles, 25 to 40 mass% of the silica of the binder, and 2 to 7 mass% of the aluminum compound in terms of Al 2 O 3 . The low-reflection coating has a thickness of 80 to 800 nm. The low-reflection coating yields a transmittance gain of 2.5% or more when provided on the substrate. The transmittance gain represents an increase in average transmittance of the substrate provided with the low-reflection coating relative to the substrate not provided with the low-reflection coating, the average transmittance being measured in the wavelength range of 380 to 850 nm.
