摘要： The present invention refers to a packaging member (100) in which an easy-tearing means (107,108,109) is provided, wherein a rectangular laminate film material (102) providing a base of the packaging container being formed to have a box shape by mutually overlapping longitudinally both sides edges (102a) thereof, the overlapped portions being joined to produce a joined portion (103), the joined portion being folded toward a remaining main part of the cylindrical member through a folding line (104) set thereon, and a cylindrically shaped opening (105,106) at each end of the cylindrical member being sealed. The easy-tearing means has two cutting lines (107) formed at intervals at an end edge of palm-to-palm joined portion, and a further cutting line (108,109) of which cut depth is within a thickness of the laminate film material, formed at a position on the main part near the folding line so as to face the two cutting lines, both ends of the further cutting line being extended to the palm-to-palm joined portion beyond the folding line to connect or intersect to or with the two cutting portions.

摘要： A spout assembly for a packaging bag is constructed, for the purpose of effectively improving an oxidization preventing effect to an inner content and surely discharging the inner content at a desired amount, such that the spout assembly 1 mounted to the bag body includes a spool 20 to move along the axial direction of the spout assembly 1 and an urging member 11 having an outer peripheral surface fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the spout assembly 1 and adapted to urge the spool 20 toward the bag body side, and the spout assembly 1 houses therein a check valve 10 which allows the inner content to flow only from the bag body side toward the mouth portion 6 side. The urging member 11 is formed with a seat surface 19 for the spool 20 urged by the urging member 11 to abut against the seat surface, the urging member 11 presses the spool 20 against the seat surface 19 to shut off the flowing of the inner content inside the spout assembly, and when an inner pressure of the bag body or a suction force of the mouth portion side reaches a predetermined value, the spool 20 is separated from the seat surface 19 against the urging force of the urging member 11.

摘要： A coupling piece coupling a cap body and a band is prevented from being cut off to thereby ensure tampering prevention function and prevent the cutting-off thereof due to deformation of the band. An open/close cap is composed of a cap body 3 to be screwed to an outer peripheral surface of a mouth portion of a pouring spout and a band 10 extending in the circumferential direction of the cap body 3 and engaged with the pouring spout, the band 10 being formed with at least one portion at which the band 10 is circumferentially separated, end of the band being connected by a connection piece at that portion at which the band is cut off. The band 10 is disposed below the lower surface of the cap body 3 and coupling pieces 12, 13 are attached to the lower portion of the cap body 3. In order to prevent deformation of the band, a band shape maintaining member is disposed to the lower end of the cap body 3 inside the band for preventing the band from being crushed radially inward through abutment of the inside portion of the band.

摘要： A reclosable packaging bag (10) comprises a main bag body (14) having an opening portion and at least one heat-sealed portion (16,17); and a linear fastener (15) provided on the opening portion of the main bag body (14). The linear fastener (15) is provided along the opening portion of the main bag body (14) by an insert injection molding so as not to extend to the heat-sealed portions (16,17). A method for manufacturing the bag (10) comprises the three steps. First, the first and second linear fastening members (18,19) are formed on a prescribed position of a sheet of film material by an insert injection molding so as to be spaced from each other. These fastening members (18,19) are engageable with each other to form a linear fastener (15). Second, the sheet of film material is folded in two so that the fastening members (18,19) can engage with each other.
