摘要： An apparatus for analyzing a sample hair mixture having a mixture of two hair colors and an overall spectrum representative of the two colors, comprising:a first color selector, configured to select a first spectrum representative of a first color in the hair mixture from a first group of at least one spectrum, and an iterative spectrum combiner, associated with the first color selector and configured to iteratively combine therewith a second spectrum representative of a second color in the hair mixture from a second group of spectra over the first spectrum, thereby to find an optimal combination of first and second spectrum which is a closest match to the overall spectrum.

The template has one edge portion suitable for placement adjacent an eyelid under eyelashes. The indicia on the template are placed adjacent actual eyelashes such that a visual comparison can be made between the eyelashes and the indicia. By comparing the eyelashes to the indicia, a user can more objectively determine the measurements and characteristics of the eyelashes.

摘要： A process is provided for manufacture of a personal care composition. Steps include separately feeding a first phase and optionally a second phase into a blending tube, each of the phases moving through the tube at a rate of at least 2.27 kg (5 pounds) per minute. Mixing occurs in a homogenizer, in particular a sonic agitator. Thereafter, a late variant addition phase which may include a fragrance, colorant and/or promotional ingredient is fed into the homogenized first phase. The combination is then conveyed to a static mixer for completion blending.
