摘要： A card tray, a method for preparing a card tray, and a mobile terminal are disclosed. The card tray (10) includes a card tray base (11), a first insulation layer (12) disposed on the card tray base (11), and a second insulation layer (13) covering the first insulation layer (12), where hardness of the first insulation layer (12) is higher than that of the second insulation layer (13). In the technical solution, two insulation coatings are disposed on the card tray base (11) to protect the card tray base (11), and hardness of the first insulation layer (12) is set to be higher than that of the second insulation layer (13). When burrs or sharp parts on a card pierce the second insulation layer (13), the first insulation layer (12) can block the burs or the sharp parts, thereby preventing an insulation coating on the card tray base (11) from being scratched by the burs. Therefore, insulating properties of the card tray are improved effectively, and therefore, an effect of recognizing the card by the mobile terminal is improved; and cases in which the mobile terminal cannot recognize the card due to scratches on the insulation coating of the card tray and electric conduction of the card tray are reduced effectively.

摘要： A multicore connector having a ZIF structure prevents a plug connector (1) from being inserted and fitted in a receptacle connector (2) and locked in a slanted state. A plug engagement pin (1-1) provided on each side of the plug connector (1) is inserted into an engagement section of a hook (2-3-2) and locked there when the shaft is rotated. The hook is fixed to a rotatable shaft provided for the receptacle connector (2) and includes a projection (2-3-2-1). If the plug connector (1) is inserted in a slanted state, the projection (2-3-2-1) of the hook (3-2-2) prevents the pin (11) from being rotated.

Water flows towards a front end (11) of the male housing (10) due to capillary action. When the water reaches a rear edge (29) of the water stop groove (27) where no upper wall is formed, the water is exposed to a wider space from a narrower space. Accordingly, in a region of the male housing (10) that is positioned forwardly of the rear edge(29), the capillary action no longer works. Surface tension acts on the water, which allows the water to be accumulated rearwardly of the rear edge (29).

摘要： A replaceable unit for an electrophotographic image forming device according to one example includes a housing having a toner reservoir. An electrical connector mounted on the housing is movable between a retracted position and an operative position. The electrical connector includes an electrical contact for contacting a corresponding electrical contact in the image forming device. The electrical contact is electrically connected to processing circuitry on the housing. In the retracted position, the electrical connector is tucked into a portion of the housing. In the operative position, the electrical connector is exposed to permit the electrical contact to contact the corresponding electrical contact in the image forming device. A linkage is operatively connected to the electrical connector and includes an engagement surface accessible on an exterior of the housing to receive an actuation force. Movement of the actuation linkage moves the electrical connector between the retracted position and the operative position.
