摘要： The controller of the plural component proportioner (10) dispenses both components (or all three if a three component material) simultaneously (at least initially) and maintains ratio at the end of each predetermined volume of material by determining which component pump (12) has reached the desired amount of travel (given the resolution available) and using a valve (16) to shut off output of that pump until the other side has caught up. At pump changeover, the output valve for that pump (12) is shut off and the air motor (12a) allowed to run until travel stops to account for cavitation, air entrainment, compressibility, or poor inlet check performance.

摘要： In order to solve the problem of great abrasion of pistons and cylinder bores of a high-efficiency color-paste color-mixing pump, the invention provides a high-efficiency color-paste color-mixing pump with little abrasion of plunger pistons and cylinder bores, comprising cylinder bodies arranged around the circumference of a shaft and the plunger pistons matched with the cylinder bodies, wherein the cylinder bodies and the plunger pistons are sealed in a swelling, hard and fitted manner, that is, sealing elements between the cylinder bodies and the plunger pistons are sealing elements swelling towards the plunger pistons, and contact parts between the plunger pistons and the sealing elements are made of a hard material. Because in the high-efficiency color-paste color-mixing pump, a rolling friction pair of a roller and a swash-plate is used which is an improvement over a sliding friction pair of a slipper and a swash-plate of a swash-plate axial plunger piston pump, the friction force is greatly reduced, and thus the rolling friction force of the roller and the swash-plate of the high-efficiency color-paste color-mixing pump has very little impact on stress of the plunger pistons; and in addition, the roller and the swash-plate adopt the rolling friction pair, the stress of the plunger pistons is relatively simple, and the abradability of the contact parts between the plunger pistons and the sealing elements can be increased by increasing the hardness.

摘要： The invention relates to a dye set and a color identification means. A main concept of the invention is to combine the dye set and the color identification means into a tinting system for producing a defined number of shades of a paint ready for use. The tinting system according to the invention is characterized by: (a) a dye set according to the invention, (b) a color identification means according to the invention, and (c) a first metering means for accommodating the substrate component, a second metering means in each case for accommodating each shade component, and a third metering means for accommodating the brightening component, each metering means being designed to manually meter the respective dye component and to exactly reproduce the number of shades defined by the color identification means. The invention further relates to a method for producing a paint ready for use using the described tinting system and to the use of in particular syringes to provide a paint ready for use.

摘要： The invention relates to an accessory for supplying liquids to an applicator such as a roller or brush. The accessory is formed by a container (1) and a dispensing device (4). The upper part of the container is provided with a cover (2) including an opening dimensioned to match the head of the dispensing device (4), while the periphery of the opening is provided with notches (5, 6) for holding the neck of the roller. The dispensing device is formed by an upper head or cover, a perforated panel perpendicular to the latter and a second panel including a screen and positioned at the end opposite the cover. The cover is flat and is provided along the periphery thereof with a material that fits hermetically to the opening. The cover is rectangular and the central part thereof widens out into two opposing semicircles, said cover also including a handle. The lower part of the central panel is provided with an absorbent material, preferably a sponge material. In an alternative embodiment, the upper end of the device can include hooks for securing same on the periphery of the container.
