Selon l'invention, au niveau du fond (4) du sac, des bords (4a1, 4b1) du film destinés à être en contact avec les produits alimentaires sont repliés sur eux-mêmes et vers l'extérieur du sac pour éviter tout contact desdits bords avec les produits alimentaires destinés à être insérés dans le sac.

摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage zum Herstellen eines Medizinprodukts, vor allem in Gestalt eines Ostomiebeutels, sowie ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer solchen Anlage.
Konventionelle Anlagen führen verschiedene Folienanlagen in verschiedenen Ebenen im Abstand zueinander und ermöglichen dadurch Vorarbeitsschritte. Dann werden die Folien in einer Ebene zusammengeführt und miteinander verschweißt.
Die hier vorliegende Erfindung stellt ein hoch flexibles modulares Anlagenkonzept vor, bei welchem einzelne Zuführlinien für Halbzeuge vorgesehen sind. Die Zuführlinien können Halbzeuge vorkonfektioniert an eine Hauptlinie übergeben. In der Hauptlinie erfolgt unter größtmöglicher Arbeitspräzision das letztendliche Verarbeiten der Halbzeuge zum fertigen Produkt oder zu einem weiteren Halbzeug.
