      [Solution] A tire 12 for a two-wheeled automotive vehicle includes a carcass 20 that is extended on and between one of beads 18 and the other of the beads 18 along inner sides of a tread 14 and sidewalls 16. The carcass 20 includes a first ply 34 and a second ply 36 that is layered outward of the first ply 34. The first ply 34 is turned up around the beads 18 from an inner side toward an outer side in an axial direction. By the turning-up, the first ply 34 includes a main portion 34a and turned-up portions 34b.
      The second ply 36 is turned back around the beads 18 from the outer side toward the inner side in the axial direction. By the turning-back, the second ply 36 includes a main portion 36a and turned-back portions 36b.

    • The invention relates to a tyre comprising at least one carcass ply (2) including reinforcements and capped radially and externally with a crown ply (3) comprising two axial ends S and itself disposed radially inside a tread (4). The crown ply (3) is formed by at least one layer of reinforcement elements. The tread (4) is connected to two beads (5) by means of two sidewalls (6), said beads (5) being intended to come into contact with a rim hook having a rim hook tip C, and each bead comprising at least one circumferential reinforcement element (7), known as the bead wire. The carcass ply (2) comprises an end (8) at each bead (5), the end (8) of the carcass ply (2) being turned once in a radial outward direction in relation to the tyre and around the bead wire, such as to form a turn-up, and subsequently being bent in a radial outward direction such as to form a bend in the carcass ply (2). Said bend forms a radially outer end (12a) and three adjacent parts along an axial axis, formed by a central part (10), an axially inner side part (11) and an axially outer side part (0), said bending being performed in an axial outward direction in relation to the centre of the tyre. The tyre is characterised in that an elastomer decoupling composition (14) having a secant modulus at 10% strain that is greater than or equal to 10MPa, and preferably greater than or equal to 30MPa and less than or equal to 60MPa, is provided between the axially inner side part and the central part of the turn-up, and on the radially outer end (12a) of the turn-up (12), said elastomer composition being provided along a radial length included between the radially outer end of the turn-up and a point F disposed radially internally in relation to the end of the turn-up and located on the sidewall at a distance of more than 10mm from the radially outer end. The tyre is also characterised in that the radially outer end (12a) of the turn-up (12) is disposed between the rim hook tip C and a point D, points C and D being located on the surface of the sidewall (6) and disposed on each side of a point E on the sidewall corresponding to the nominal tyre section width, said point D being disposed at a maximum length equal to 85% of the length between the axial end S of the crown ply (3) and the rim hook tip C.
