摘要： To provide a method for producing granulated body for lithium adsorption that easily maintain their shapes with a high adsorption capability and more robust granulated body. The method for producing the granulated body for lithium adsorption includes a kneading step of kneading a powder of a lithium adsorbent precursor, an organic binder, and a hardening agent for accelerating hardening of the organic binder to obtain a kneaded material, a granulating step of granulating the kneaded material to obtain granulated body, and a baking step of baking the granulated body at 90°C or more and 120°C or less to obtain granulated body for lithium adsorption. This aspect allows obtaining the granulated body for lithium adsorption that easily maintain their shapes with a high adsorption capability and more robust granulated body.

摘要： Provided is a method for manufacturing nickel powder whereby a reduction in production efficiency due to abrasion of a flash vessel connected to a pressurized container can be suppressed when nickel powder is generated using the pressurized container and subsequently recovered. The method for manufacturing nickel powder pertaining to the present invention comprises charging a pressurized container with a nickel sulfate ammine complex solution and seed crystals, adding hydrogen gas to the pressurized container, and reducing the nickel included in the nickel sulfate ammine complex solution, wherein, when a nickel powder slurry obtained in the pressurized container is extracted to a flash vessel connected to the pressurized container, the slurry is extracted to the flash vessel while the supply rate of the nickel ammine complex solution to the pressurized container and/or the extraction rate of the nickel slurry from the pressurized container is controlled so that the liquid level in the pressurized container is in a fixed range.

摘要： A method is provided which enables selectively leaching nickel and/or cobalt from an alloy that contains copper and nickel and/or cobalt in a waste lithium ion battery.
This alloy processing method involves obtaining a solution that contains nickel and/or cobalt from an alloy that contains copper and nickel and/or cobalt, wherein the alloy processing method involves a leaching step for adding an acid solution to the alloy in a state in which a sulfurizing agent is also present, and obtaining a leachate and a leaching residue by performing leaching processing while controlling the redox potential (the reference electrode being a silver / silver chloride electrode) to at least 100mV and less than 250mV. In the leaching processing in the leaching step, an operation is performed that temporarily decreases the redox potential to less than or equal to -100mV.

In the present invention, a nickel sulfate amine complex liquid and nickel powder having a particle diameter of 0.1 µm to 300 µm are supplied to a reaction container, hydrogen gas is continuously supplied while the inside of the reaction container is maintained at a temperature in the range of 150°C to 250°C, and the pressure of a gas phase part is set to 2.5 MPa to 3.5 MPa, whereby nickel ions in the nickel sulfate amine complex liquid are reduced to nickel and deposited on the surfaces of the nickel powder supplied to the reaction container, a reacted slurry including the nickel sulfate amine complex liquid and the nickel powder is then transferred to a pressurized storage container at the same or slightly lower pressure than the internal pressure of the reaction container, and the pressure of the pressurized storage container to which the reacted slurry is transferred is then reduced, after which the reacted slurry is extracted from the pressurized storage container.

摘要： Provided is a method for effectively obtaining a solution containing nickel and/or cobalt from an alloy that contains copper as well as nickel and/or cobalt, in a waste lithium-ion battery or the like. The present invention is an alloy processing method for obtaining a solution containing nickel and/or cobalt from an alloy that contains copper as well as nickel and/or cobalt, said method including a leaching step for carrying out an acid solution leaching treatment on an alloy-containing slurry in the presence of a sulfurising agent to obtain a leachate and a leaching residue. In the leaching step, the leaching treatment is carried out with the initial concentration of the alloy-containing slurry adjusted to between 100 g/L and 250 g/L. Moreover, in the leaching step, the leaching treatment is preferably carried out while controlling the redox potential (using a silver/silver chloride electrode as a reference electrode) to 200 mV or less. Furthermore, in the leaching step, the leaching treatment is preferably carried out in the presence of the sulfurising agent in an amount in the range of 1.05 to 1.25 equivalent weight (S-mol/Cu-mol) in relation to the amount of copper contained in the alloy.

摘要： A method for producing lithium hydroxide that allows reducing a load of removing divalent or more ions with an ion-exchange resin is provided. The method for producing lithium hydroxide includes steps (1) to (3) below.
