摘要： The object of the present invention relates to a vertical axle wind turbine having a rotor with a plurality of blades surrounded by a rotating duct, the latter being formed by two cylindrical wall segments arranged in opposite quadrants, closed on the top and bottom, defining wind inflow and outflow openings. The cylindrical wall segment facing the wind encompasses an angle of less than 90°, which allows forming the wind inflow opening with greater dimensions than the wind outflow opening. On either side of the wind inflow opening are rigidly arranged a fixed deflector and an injector, and in its paracentral area a gust-control mobile deflector is placed conforming a variable wind inflow area. El gust-control mobile deflector turns about its shaft between a minimum position and a maximum position, increasing or reducing the wind inflow area.
