    • The objective of the present invention is to provide a heat exchanger that can rapidly supply hot water and can be manufactured in a simple manner. The heat exchanger of the present invention comprises: a heat exchange unit (1100, 1200 and 1300) in which heat is exchanged between combustion gas caused by a burner (70) for combusting a mixture and first/second heating mediums, and heating medium flow channels through which the first/second heating mediums flow and a combustion gas flow channel through which the combustion gas flows are alternately formed adjacent to each other in spaces between a plurality of plates (110, 120, 210, 220, 310 and 320); and a combustion gas discharge unit (700) through which the combustion gas having passed through the heat exchange unit (1100, 1200 and 1300) is discharged, wherein the heat exchange unit (1100, 1200 and 1300) includes first to third heat exchange units (1100, 1200 and 1300) integrally formed with a plate, in which the first heat exchange unit (1100) has a sensible-heat flow channel for the first heating medium that is formed between a pair of opposite plates in order to heat the first heating medium by absorbing the sensible heat of the combustion gas, the second heat exchange unit (1200) has a latent-heat flow channel for the first heating medium that is formed between a pair of opposite plates in order to heat the first heating medium by absorbing the latent heat of the combustion gas, the latent-heat flow channel communicating with the sensible-heat flow channel for the first heating medium which is formed in the first heat exchange unit (1100), and the third heat exchange unit (1300) has a flow channel for the second heating medium that is formed between a pair of opposite plates in order to heat the second heating medium by absorbing the latent heat of the combustion gas.

    • The present invention relates to a method for braze-welding a fixing plate and a flow channel cap in a heat exchanger, and to a heat exchanger produced by same. The method comprises the step of: providing a fixing plate (10) having a plurality of resilient protrusions (11) for snap-fitting; providing a flow channel cap (20), one end (22) of which is L-shaped to be snap-fitted onto the resilient protrusion (11) and the other end of which has a stepped portion (21); inserting the stepped portion (21) of the flow channel cap (20) into the resilient protrusion (11) such that an end (21b) of the stepped portion (21) contacts an end of the resilient protrusion (11); pressing the L-shaped end (22) of the flow channel cap (20) against the resilient protrusion (11) of the fixing plate (10) such that the L-shaped end (22) is snap-fitted onto the resilient protrusion (11) and thus tightly contacts the fixing plate (10), and the resilient protrusion (11) thus press-contacts the end (21b) of the stepped portion (21) to enable an end (21a) of the stepped portion (21) to tightly contact the fixing plate (10); and braze-welding the fixing plate (10) and the flow channel cap (20). The above-described method eliminates a spot-welding process which might otherwise be performed prior to the process of braze-welding the fixing plate and the flow channel cap in conventional heat exchangers, to thereby reduce manufacturing costs and labor and to improve productivity.

    • The present invention relates to a combustion apparatus capable of reducing the emission amount of nitrogen oxide and enabling stable combustion in the entire area of a set load. The combustion apparatus includes: a premixing chamber for premixing air and a gas; a blower for supplying a mixed-gas of the air and the gas to a burner; a combustion chamber for burning the mixed-gas by ignition of the burner; a heat exchanger for exchanging heat with water by using combustion heat in the combustion chamber; and an exhaust gas discharge part for discharging the exhaust gas passing through the heat exchanger, wherein the premixing chamber is formed in a Venturi shape having a throat part of which the cross-section area is tapered between an inlet and an outlet through which the air passes, the throat part of the premixing chamber being connected to a gas supply part for supplying a gas for combustion, and to an exhaust gas recirculation tube to which some of the exhaust gas having passed through the heat exchanger is introduced in proportion to differential pressure according to the flow rate of the mixed-gas passing through the throat part.
