摘要： PURPOSE:To generate an alarm when an expected time is elapsed and to restore a usual hand operating state, by a method wherein the time display hand is permitted to be combined with the function of an expected time display hand and the hand is preceded by a rapid traverse pulse to be waited. CONSTITUTION:In single-load rapid traverse operation, when a manipulation member is manipulated, an H signal is applied to the input of an AND gate 19 and the output signal from the output terminal of FF 23 is brought to H to be applied to a drive circuit 8 through a change-over circuit 4 while an electromagnetic coil 14 is driven to operate a hand for 20sec. By repeating this operation, a constant value is counted. In the next step, down-count is performed by a hand operating pulse and, when up-count is coincided with the down-count, that is, a zero count state is estabilished, a coincidence signal is outputted from a coincidence signal generating circuit 35 and an alarm signal is generated from an alarm apparatus 36 while a usual operating state can be restored.
