    • Fluid delivery devices using a pair of meshed external gears, in spite of no reciprocating component for fluid delivery enabling low rotational vibration, the high noise due to the trapping phenomenon, and the teeth bouncing contact due to undesired large backlash heretofore afforded in the gear manufacturing process, restrict the employments in the industrial field requiring quiet environment such as electric motor vehicles or room services.Accordingly, a gear pump or motor or a gear refrigerating compressor comprising a shaft gear and a driven gear meshed rotatably within a gear chamber formed with a housing and opposite side walls, which delivers fluids from a inlet chamber to a outlet chamber; a backlash of the meshed gears having fluid-leak-tight clearance; a closed chamber provided in a internal portion of at least a side wall; an opening provided on a side wall from which a communication passage extends to a closed chamber; and at least a elastic disc capsule contained in the closed chamber, comprising a pair of concaved elastic disc plate abutted and sealed against each other with gas inside, of which occupying volume varies elastically subject to the fluid pressure therein enabling to absorb or expel the squeezed fluid in the trapped interstice during the trapping period of the interstice, whereby the fluid entrapped in the interstices isolated by the fluid-leak-tight backlash suppressing the pressure transmission inwardly or outwardly, whereof volumetric variation during the trapping period is compensated by the compression or expansion of the elastic disc capsule, suppressing pressure pulse and air bubble generation and eliminating the teeth bouncing contact, achieving a low noise, low vibration and high efficiency gear pump or motor or refrigerating compressor.

    • A method of assembling progressing cavity pump of the Moineau type having a helically externally threaded rotor coacting with an internally helically threaded stator. In a Moineau pump where the pump casing is a singular tubular unit, the stator is normally bonded to the inside of a tubular housing with an adhesive. When such pumps are used to pump a corrosive fluid, such as caustic soda, the adhesive can be attached and the stator thus freed to rotate. To prevent the stator from rotating, studs are driven through the housing and into the stator. The location of these studs can be pre-marked by use of a suitable template. Also, the driven studs can be welded to the housing to prevent leakage or loosening.

A pressing member presses two portions of the belt together so that two expandable pressure chambers are formed. The housing has an internal wall with a toothing which is in engagement with an external toothing of the belt.

    • A pneumatic rotary motor comprising a body to which is secured a bracer bushing closed by a cover. A deformable bushing is freely housed within the bracer bushing and is interposed between the cover and the casing. The bushing has a bore and two opposed longitudinal circular recesses extending from the bore. Two intermeshed rotary gears extend longitudinally in the bushing and are centered in a respective recess, the gears teeth sealably contacting the internal bushing along the circular recesses. The gears have shafts respectively supported for rotation in the cover and the casing and form opposed working chambers on either side of the recesses and in communication with openings provided in the cover for the intake and exhaust of a fluid. Screws, or the like, are mounted in the bracer bushing for abutting against the internal bushing to produce deformation thereof at the recesses for effecting sealed contact with the teeth of the gears.
