The main shaft rotates from side to side according to the movement of the moving plunger. An operating lever(118) rotates according to the rotation of the main shaft. A compression spring(119) provides an elastic force to rotate the operating lever at constant speed.

The switch is contacted with one among a pair of supporting parts in order to selectively transmit an electric signal to the load switching part.
