摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounding a stable, nontoxic, low viscous, non-aqueous and non-fatty formulation for external use of a pharmaceutically acceptable diclofenac salt and enhancement of permeability of diclofenac into the inside of the skin of the site to which the formulation for external use is applied.SOLUTION: A non-aqueous solution composition for external use of a pharmaceutically acceptable diclofenac salt is disclosed. The non-aqueous solution composition for external use comprises a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutically acceptable diclofenac salt, a solubilizer, a percutaneous absorption accelerator and a solvent, and optionally a humectant, a counterirritant, a further percutaneous absorption accelerator and an antioxidant. A process for preparing it is disclosed.
