摘要： PURPOSE: To form an article containing a female screw connectable to a male screw by simple injection molding technique by providing an exterior surface, a cavity opening away from the exterior surface and defining an interior surface and a plurality of ribs disposed on the interior surface substantially extending longitudinally away from the exterior surface. CONSTITUTION: The plunger rod of a cartridge-needle unit 24 is threaded with the support fitted with a male screw of a plunger. The plunger 10 is equipped with an exterior surface 12 and a cavity 14 opening away from the exterior surface. This cavity 14 defines at least one interior surface and a plurality of ribs 18 substantially separating from the interior surface 16 longitudinally to extend axially are arranged to the interior surface 16. At a time of use, screw-shaped deformation is formed to the ribs 18 by the threading motion of the male screw and the ribs 18 are threaded with the male screw. By this constitution, an article containing a female screw can be produced by simple injection molding technique without taking a process for detaching a complicated screw from a mold.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide the composition which consists of an X-ray contrast medium and a polymeric material that is capable of forming a coating on the surface of a gastrointestinal tract and has an ionizable group per molecule, and is useful for radiation diagnosis of a gastrointestinal tract. CONSTITUTION: This composition contains an X-ray contrast medium represented by the formula I (R is C1 to C25 alkyl, cycloalkyl, unsaturated allyl, halogenated lower alkyl group, or the like; (n) is an integer of 1 to 5; and (m) is an integer of 1 to 5) and a polymeric material that is capable of forming a coating on the surface of a gastrointestinal tract and contains an atom (such as O, N or S) which has on its surface, polarizing electrons together with a divalent cation (such as Ca or Mg ) per molecule. The composition is orally or rectally administered to a patient and thereafter, the gastrointestinal tract contg. the administered composition is irradiated with X-rays to form an X-ray image pattern corresponding to the presence of the contrast medium in the tract and then, the X-ray image pattern is visualized to perform diagnosis of the gastrointestinal tract. An example of the X-ray contrast medium represented by the formula I is 1,3,5-tri-n-hexyl-2,4,6-triiodobenzene and an example of the polymeric material is a polymer represented by the formula II (R is a polymeric chain; and Mg is a divalent cation).

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a solid effervescent antacid agent which contains calcium carbonate as an antacid component and a bicarbonate and maleic acid as effervescent components and gives feelings of hissing and tingling to the surface of a tongue and retains completely no powdery aftertaste. CONSTITUTION: This agent contains as the major components, an antacid component consisting of (A) calcium carbonate and (B) magnesium carbonate, an effervescent component consisting of (C) a bicarbonate (preferably, sodium bicarbonate) and (D) maleic acid and also, (E) an extender (preferably, cane sugar) and is obtained by blending the components (A), (B), (C), (D) and (E) in ratios of 35 to 53 wt.%, 0 to 14 wt.%, 3.5 to 7 wt.%, 3.5 to 7 wt.% and 21 to 53 wt.% respectively, based on the total weight of the major components and further, preferably prepared in the form of tablets. At the time of forming the tablets, it is recommended to mix a lubricant for tablets, such as stearic acid in a 3.5 to 4.5 wt.% ratio based on the weight of the objective antacid agent.
