    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engagement releasable pulley consisting of components low in manufacturing cost and assembling cost and excelling in reliability of operation.
      SOLUTION: This engagement releasable pulley device has the pulley 2 mounted to an inside transmission element 3, and a free wheel 6 comprising a plurality of locking elements and a retainer 22 for the locking elements. The free wheel is designed to provide unidirectional engagement between the pulley 2 and the inside transmission element 3. The device further has an elastic connecting member 32 comprising a first fixing part for fixing to the inside transmission element 3, a second fixing part for fixing to the retainer 22, and operating parts 38, 44, 55 arranged between the first and second fixing parts. The operating parts are constituted to be radially movable with respect to the inside transmission element 3 and to apply circumferential restoring force to the retainer 22.

      SOLUTION: This rotational parameter detecting system for wheels, especially for vehicle wheels, is designed so as to be installed in a wheel shaft between a fork arm section and a rotating hub of the wheel. Additionally, this system has an elastic driving member 6, installed in the outer ball race 9 on axially-opposite side of the signalized element 17 and equipped with an annular surface 6a, which contacts the hub in order to rotate the outer ball race 9 of the rotary bearing by friction.
