It is constituted so that by closing an opening/closing door 14 under a condition where the rolled paper sheet is fed into the rolled paper storing frame 10, the eccentric cam 22 is rotated and the upper limit position of the elevating/lowering tray 15 is raised, and the elevating/lowering tray 15 is elevated by a restoring force of the coil spring 28, and a core pipe R10 of the rolled paper sheet R1 is guided to the position of the engaging shafts 13 and 13.

Two lines of layers (8a, 8b) for preventing adhesion of thermal activation component are provided substantially in parallel on the upper surface of the protective layer, while holding a region directly above the heating element array therebetween.
