    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which is easy to respond to change at bolt appearance and/or shape by exchange of a molded part called a half-husk having a molded cavity (mold hole).
      SOLUTION: The assembly system for the molding unit assembles at least one exchangeable molded part 11 to a pedestal set on a support part 12 of a complementary shape, and includes at least one fixing device 2 functioning as a stopping part on one side parallel to a shaft of a molding part out of the sides of the exchangeable molded parts 11, and a movable lock device 3 moving between an operation lock position and a non-operation lock position on the other side. The movable lock device 3 includes an elastic return means for automatically returning itself from the non-operation lock position to the operation lock position. The movable lock device 3 can be manually switched to the non-operation position by an operator. The half-husk having the molded parts 11 can be easily exchanged and fixed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an installation for stacking products in order to package them in a box.
      SOLUTION: In order to group and stack the products which are thin and rectangular solid-shaped, the products are stored and fed by means of a first feed conveyor 2, and an interval between the products is formed by means of a high-speed supply conveyor 3. By means of a multistage comb-shaped collector 4 which bestrides the supply conveyor 3, and can be movable vertically and horizontally, the products on the supply conveyor 3 are taken out and sequentially stacked in the core 5 of the collector 4. After the specified number of products are taken out, a family of the stacked products are totally pushed out of the collector 4, and transferred to a making-up device 10 for box packing as a subsequent process by the backward movement of the collector 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for classifying a product such as, for example, a glass bottle or a glass bottle type product having an ellipse shape cross section.
