摘要： The present invention provides a microcomputer for executing an application. The microcomputer comprises a heterogeneous coarse grained reconfigurable array (22) comprising a plurality of functional units (26, 27), optionally register files (29, 35), and memories (34, 36), and at least one processing unit (40, 41) supporting multiple threads of control. The at least one processing unit (40, 41) is adapted for allowing each thread of control to reconfigure at run-time the claiming of one or more particular types of the functional units to work for that thread depending on requirements of the application, e.g. workload, and/or the environment, e.g. current usage of FU's. This way, the present invention provides multithreading with dynamic allocation of CGA resources. Based on the demand of the application and the current utilization of the CGRA, different resource combinations can be claimed.

摘要： Provided are optical memory device and a method of recording/reproducing information by using the optical memory device. The optical memory device includes a substrate; a first barrier layer formed on the substrate; a quantum well layer; a second barrier layer; a quantum dot layer; and a third barrier layer. The quantum well layer has an energy band gap which is wider than that of the quantum dot layer, and the second barrier layer has an energy band gap which is wider than that of the quantum well layer, so that electrons in excitons which are generated in the quantum dot layer by light of a certain wavelength are captured by the quantum well layer to record information, and then, recorded information may be erased or reproduced by irradiating light of a certain wavelength to the optical memory device.

A terminal (client) that receives a personal broadcast requests a tracker server for a viewing reservation by using electronic program guide (EPG) information or a uniform resource locator (URL) of a personal broadcasting channel, a terminal (broadcaster) that transmits personal broadcasting data receives a list of clients that made a viewing reservation of the personal broadcast from the tracker server and notifies the clients about starting of the personal broadcast when it is time to start the personal broadcast. Accordingly, the client starts streaming when notified about the starting of the personal broadcast by connecting to the personal broadcasting channel after making the viewing reservation, without having to wait for the personal broadcast to start.
