摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling the rotational speed of a fan, which reduces time and cost. SOLUTION: A system for controlling the rotational speed of a fan, according to the reference clock having reference frequency, is disclosed. The rotational speed corresponds to a fan rotational speed signal. A fan rotational speed control unit compares the reference clock with the fan rotational speed signal and outputs a speed control signal. A voltage-generating circuit generates a level signal, corresponding to the speed control signal. A drive unit generates a drive signal for controlling the rotational speed of the fan, according to the level signal. Several ways of rated rotational speeds of the fan different in specifications can be obtained, by changing the reference frequency of the control system, using only the coils which are the same in the number of coils, when setting the fan to the control system. Since there is no need to stock the coils which differ in the number of coils in one procedure, this system can reduce the time cost and the manufacture cost.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a USB connection-detection circuitry that can automatically recognize the mode of a connected device, and to provide an operation method of the same. SOLUTION: The USB connection-detection circuitry includes a transmission circuit and a detection circuit. The transmit circuit is utilized for receiving power-related signals from a power supply system. Each power-related signal is connected to ground via a pull-down resistor. The detecting circuit is utilized to detect a variation in the power-related signals which flow via differential signal lines. When a device is connected to this connection-detection circuitry with a USB cable, the differential signal lines of the USB cable are connected to the differential signal lines of this circuitry. Since this causes variation of the power-related signals, which originally flow through pull-up resistor elements, by comparing the difference in the power-related signals, before and after the connection, the connection-detection circuitry is able to automatically identify the mode of the device, which connects to the circuitry.

摘要： A flash storage comprises a flash memory, including a plurality of physical memory blocks, each of physical memory blocks comprising a plurality of memory segments, and a plurality of physical sectors, and each of physical sectors being further provided therein with at least a user data column and a logical address pointer column. When physical data is written into the user data column, writing logical address pointer data into the logical address pointer column of the same physical sector may be performed together by the control of a micro-controller. Furthermore, the logical address pointer data in the same memory segment are arranged to be a backup memory segment address mapping table and then stored in one physical memory block. The backup memory segment address mapping table may be loaded directly and stored into a registered memory by the micro-controller when the system boots. Thus, not only shortening the startup duration of the flash storage, but also saving the memory capacity of the registered memory and securing data access may be obtained.
