    • A display panel driving circuit for driving a display panel, in which the electric power consumption at the time of the switching can be reduced. The display panel driving apparatus allows the use of a switching device of a low withstanding voltage. A transition voltage generating circuit for shifting a voltage of a DC power source of the driving apparatus is provided. A resonance relay circuit is provided for generating a pulse having a leading edge which rises gradually and a trailing edge which decreases gradually based on the transition voltage and supplying it as a drive pulse to the display panel. A plurality of resonance circuits for driving and exciting capacitive devices of the display panel are provided in a range of different driving potentials. The drive pulse having the leading edge which rises gradually and the trailing edge which decreases gradually is generated by switching each of the resonance circuits by the switching device to make them operative sequentially.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel plate substrate material which can simply and inexpensively exert excellent fire-resistive performance by forming a fire-resistant exterior wall structure together with a refractory tile without causing any mismatch in terms of long-term support. SOLUTION: The fire-resistant exterior wall structure 10 prevents intrusion of a flame into an indoor side by latching the large number of refractory tiles 12 onto the surface. The steel plate substrate material 11 for forming the fire-resistant exterior wall structure 10 on an exterior wall 30 includes a covering plate 14 which is arranged by covering an exterior wall substrate surface 13, and a plurality of first and second rail plates 15 and 16 which are alternately attached to the front side of the covering plate 14. The first rail plate 15 comprises a diagonal hook piece 18 for locking an intermediate locking recess 17 on the backside of the refractory tile 12 from obliquely above, and a lower adhesion step portion 20 to which a lower end 19a on the backside of the refractory tile 12 is tightly adhered.
