The instrument head 6 is formed with a cleaning passage extended at least in the axial direction and opened at the end of the instrument head 6 on both sides.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope-type implanting instrument having an endoscope cap.SOLUTION: The endoscope cap 20 includes a holding and withdrawing means for a tissue clip 1 to be fitted to an expanding sleeve 4 of the endoscope cap. The endoscope cap is opened at the front end of the expanding sleeve to form a working channel, or movably inserted or configured to be inserted into a different endoscope channel from the working channel of the instrument. The endoscope cap has a withdrawing thread to be manually operated on the inner surface in the radial direction of the endoscope cap. The endoscope-type implanting instrument further includes a tissue grasping means to be movably inserted into the working channel to manually grasp the tissue to be withdrawn into the endoscope cap. A clamp means is integrally disposed inside the expanding sleeve. The clamp means holds a capsule type device 3 connected to the tissue clip via a thread, band or string 2.
