SOLUTION: This surfactant composition is obtained by including (A) a compound represented by the formula R Me2 SiO[Me2 SiO]f [MeSi(Q)O]g SiMe2 R (f) is 0-1; (g) is 1-2; Q is Cd H2d O(C2 H4 O)t (C3 H6 O)w R [(d) is 2-4; (t) is 3-12; (w) is 0-8; R is H, etc.]; R is Q, etc.} and (B) a compound represented by the formula (H(RT)T)2 NC2 H4 N((RT)TH)2 (RT is a 2-3C alkoxy; T is a number selected so as to provide the molecular weight of an aloxylated diamine with 1,000-15,000). The weight ratio of the components A to B is preferably (99:1) to (1:99).

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain complete and effective low cost and storage stability by containing a water dispersible composition containing specific quantity of a fine solid particle carrying a polydiorganosiloxane component, a nonionic emulsifier, a thickener component, a polyalkylene oxide component as a solvent and a low content of water in a water based medium. SOLUTION: This water dispersible defoamant concentrate (CN) contains 10-80 wt.% polydiorganosiloxane per CN and the ratio of the total weight of polydiorganosiloxane to the quantity of a filler particle is controlled to 10:1 to 200:1. The polyalkylene oxide of 5-50 wt.% of the final composition as the solvent, the nonionic surfactant component of 0.1-15 wt.% of the final composition, the thickener of 0.1-15 wt.% of the final composition and water of up to 5 wt.% of the final composition are incorporated in the CN. The producing method of the CN comprises adding the solid particle to the polydiorganosiloxane and heating it to prepare a defoaming agent compound and adding the emulsifier, the thickener, the polyalkylene oxide and an antiseptic in this order under strong stirring. High defoaming efficiency and long term stability are attained by incorporating the CN in water.

Concretely, the objective copolymer is obtained by mixing the components A, B and C in (D) a volatile solvent, reducing the pressure of the system to a prescribed pressure, reacting the component A with the component B to attain a transparent solution, removing the component D under a reduced pressure, and further adding (E) a second solvent, then finishing the reaction in the component E.
