摘要： A cellular terminal apparatus has a structure for folding an upper apparatus 2 and a lower apparatus 3 via a hinge portion 4 . Printed circuit boards 5, 6 arranged in the upper apparatus 2 and the lower apparatus 3 are connected to each other by a flexible printed circuit board (FPC) 7 and a connection cable 8 passing inside the hinge portion 4 . At the boundary between the hinge portion and the upper apparatus 2 and the lower apparatus 3 , the space between the FPC 7 , the connection cable 8 , and the external case is filled by a seal packing 9 in such a manner that the FPC 7 and the connection cable 8 are separate from each other.

摘要： In an optical self-routing network, N optical splitters (3) are associated respectively with N inlet terminals (2) for splitting an optical signal from the associated inlet terminal into M replicas of the optical signal. M optical combiners (5), associated respectively with M outlet terminals (6), combine N optical signals incident thereon into a combined optical signal and couple it to the associated outlet terminal. M sets of N optical gates (4) are connected between the N optical splitters (3) and the M optical combiners (5). Each optical gate allows passage of an optical signal incident thereon when it timely coincides with an electrical signal applied thereto. A controller (10) supplies a gate control electrical signal to the optical gates (4) of each set during M successive intervals. Contention between optical packets simultaneously incident on the optical gates (4) of the same set is resolved by the controller (10).

摘要： The present invention provides a method for detecting a target substance, including the steps of: preparing a complex (hybrid) comprising an aptamer which binds to the target substance, a first nucleic acid fragment comprising a nucleotide sequence complementary to the aptamer and a photoisomerizable molecule bound to a portion of the complementary nucleotide sequence, wherein the aptamer and the first nucleic acid fragment bound with the photoisomerizable molecule form double-stranded nucleotides binding; subjecting the photoisomerizable molecule to a first photoisomerization treatment to destabilize the double-stranded nucleotides binding; forming a complex of the target substance and the aptamer so as to dissolve the destabilized double-stranded nucleotides binding; subjecting the photoisomerizable molecule to a second photoisomerization treatment to restabilize double-stranded nucleotides binding; and detecting dissolution of double-stranded nucleotides binding wherein the first nucleic acid fragment bound with the photoisomerizable molecule separates from the aptamer.

摘要： A technique is provided for protecting an interlayer insulating film formed of an organic low dielectric constant material from any damage applied in a semiconductor process, and for attaining the decrease leak current in the interlayer insulating film, resulting in the improvement of reliability of a semiconductor device. The semiconductor device according to the present invention has an organic insulating films having openings. The organic insulating films have modified portions facing the openings. The modified portions contains fluorine atoms and nitrogen atoms. The concentration of the fluorine atoms in the modified portions is lower than the concentration of the nitrogen atoms. The above-mentioned modified layers protect the semiconductor device from the damage applied in the semiconductor process, while suppressing the corrosion of the conductors embedded in the openings.
