    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved assembly, system and method for providing neuromuscular stimulation or therapeutic neuromuscular stimulation by prostheses. SOLUTION: The assembly for neuromuscular stimulation is provided with one or more electrodes, a transcutaneous conducting wire, a circuit, and an electrode connection element. The one or more electrodes are made to have a size to be embedded in a nervous tissue region or a muscular tissue being targets and constituted like this. The transcutaneous conducting wire is connected electrically with the electrodes and provided with an exposed area which projects passing through the surface of an external skin. The circuit holds a carrier which is made to have a size to be mounted to the surface of the external skin and and constituted so as to generate a carrier stimulation pulse constituted like this on a substrate. The electrode connection element, which holds the carrier connected electrically to the circuit on the substrate, engages at least a part of the exposed region of the conducting wire so as to connect the electrodes electrically to the circuit and is made to have a size so as to apply a stimulation pulse percutaneously to a tissue region and constituted like this.
