摘要： In order to improve strength and rigidity without increasing sheet thickness, a method is provided for easily forming a rib as a reinforcing material in press-moldings and a press-molding with a reinforcing rib. This method for manufacturing press-moldings with a reinforcing rib is characterized by the following: comprises a press-molding process for simultaneously press-molding a reinforcing rib and a thermoplastic base material sheet that are each disposed in the press-molding die; the reinforcing rib being obtained by a thermoplastic rib base material and a fiber sheet material in which multiple fibers have been accumulated and bonded, both being stacked and integrally molded so as to have a main reinforcing rib portion and a bonding portion for bonding to the thermoplastic base material sheet; the fiber sheet material having voids between the fibers; and some of the heat-softened thermoplastic base material sheet entering the voids of the fiber sheet material located in the bonding portion during the press-molding process and being fixed.

摘要： A novel guide member by which a fastening material and a urethane mold are integrally formed, and an integral forming method using the guide member. The guide member comprises a guide portion in the form of an elongated body which is opened at least one end thereof and is shaped to have a concave cross section, and isolation members provided near both ends of the guide portion. The isolation members are detachable and engage with a fastening surface of a fastening member to effectively shut off entry of a liquid foaming material. The integral forming method using the guide member enables embedding the ends of the fastening member in a urethane mold and improving the peel strength at low cost.

摘要： A multi-layered seat having different hardnesses and provided with a skin, having permeability, a good texture and a hardness capable of bearing the weight of a person who sits on the seat. A seat (1) is covered with a skin material (2) having permeability, and comprises a foamed body having an external shape substantially corresponding to that of the seat. The foamed body comprises a first foamed body (10), which constitutes the base of the foamed body, and a second foamed body (6), which is unitary on and with the first foamed body. The first foamed body (10) is provided at the surface thereof with projections (12, 13), which correspond to suction molded portions. A liquid foaming mixture is put in and build up on the first foamed body (10) so that it is thin on the suction molded portions and thick on the other portions. Using the first foamed body (10) and a pressure die which is disposed on the skin material above the liquid foaming mixture, has a shape of the top portion of the seat and is provided with suction ports, the mixture (15), of which the gas reaction has finished but which remains in a fluid state, is compressed, while performing suction through the suction ports, to thereby form the second foamed body (6) which is integral with the back surface of the skin material and the surface of the first foamed body and has a good texture.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a carpet for automobiles, which is composed of an integral combination of a foamed body and a carpet fiber composition and has a three-dimensional shape. The manufacturing method of the invention comprises the steps of directly applying a mixed foaming liquid to a back surface of a carpet fiber composition with a spraying system, placing the carpet fiber composition in a mold, which is composed of an upper mold and a lower mold defining therein a spacing corresponding to a three-dimensional shape of the carpet, with the mixed foaming liquid having undergone gaseous reaction but still in viscous fluidization, carrying out clamping with the upper mold and lower mold, and curing a layer of the foamed body layer formed integrally on the back surface of the carpet fiber composition. Fine particules of the mixed foaming liquid sprayed with a spraying system enter texture of the carpet fiber composition to adhere to fiber surfaces thereof while the adhering mixed foaming liquid is foamed by the gaseous reaction to expand, so that they remain at shallow portions inside the carpet fiber composition to foam without substantially permeating the composition deeper, whereby the foamed body unites with the carpet.

摘要： The operation efficiency of the molding of an integral product is improved, and the compression of a material is timed easily, by using silicone rubber having a high elasticity, a high thermal resistance and a high mold releasability. A method of manufacturing an integral compression molded product out of silicone rubber by using upper and lower molds is provided. This method comprises the steps of applying a urethane foam mixture uniformly to an upper surface of horizontally retained silicone rubber, and compressing the resultant material by upper and lower molds for a predetermined period of time. The application of this mixture is carried out by a spraying system so as to obtain a uniform layer thereof. The silicone rubber can also be vacuum-sucked to an inner surface of the lower mold. Since silicone rubber is used, the operation efficiency is improved, and the running cost decreases. Moreover, a pressurizing operation can be timed easily, and even a molded product of a deep drawn shape can be manufactured beautifully.

摘要： A cushioning structure prevents generation of noises in bonding a surface material to a seat cushioning material for automobiles by means of a flat bonding material. In the structure, the flat bonding member (4) is at least partially opened along its circumference with a suitable gap (11) between it and the adjacent cushion materials (2, 3) to be joined to the cushion material.
