摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch device capable of discharging waste yarns by itself, capable of being thereby used for a long period without requiring a treatment for discharging the waste yarns, and capable of being easily maintained, and to provide a yarn-feeding device using the clutch device. SOLUTION: This yarn-feeding device is provided with a clutch device 30 for arbitrarily connecting driving wheels 11, 12 to a yarn-feeding wheel in a mutually non-rotatable state. The clutch device has an opened structure in which clutch halves 12a, 15b are not closed. Therefore, fingers 38 extended in the axial direction and capable of being inserted into vertical grooves opened in the radial direction and forming the tooth portion of the clutch half are disposed on the other clutch half. The grooves of the tooth portion are longer than the contact length of the fingers 38 with the tooth portion. A space formed between the end surfaces of the fingers and a wall portion on the side near in the axial direction is opened in the radial direction or communicates with a large inner chamber 37. Thus, the compression or compacting of accumulated waste yarns can be avoided.

SOLUTION: This loom yarn feeder 1 for feeding an elastic yarn has a yarn tension sensor 5 equipped with a calibration device. The calibration device 40 separates the yarn 7 from a pin 21 contained in the yarn sensor 5 in a possible time, especially in a yarn-feeding time without obstructing the operation of the feeder 1. When the yarn 7 is separated from the pin 21, the yarn tension sensor 5 is calibrated to zero. The zero point drift of the whole sensor system containing a measurement circuit can thereby be detected, and the tension of the yarn can be calibrated.

Consequently, it is possible to make a relation between a desired thread feeding amount and a rotation speed of the thread feeding wheel 16 fixed.
