摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a filter unit having further longer life than the common use filter unit and having a corresponding apparatus, and to produce it at a low cost by producing a film package, which is surrounded by filter basket, or the like, and formed from a mesh wire material, from nonferrous metals. CONSTITUTION: Conveyance of a salt bath melt 1 is conducted by air stream rising in the salt bath melt. The air supply is conducted via a compressed air supplying part 4, where sludges are drawn in by a suction tube fragment 5 from the lowest place of a tab 2. A filter 9 is held by a stopper 8 and is easily exchangable. The salt bath melt conveyed toward the top by an air stream, after flowing out from a rising tube 3, is collided with the internal face of a bending plate 7 formed bell-shaped to be bended into the package consisting of aluminum mesh wire material by the bending plate 7. After washing, the melt stream oozed out through a filter package 10 is returned again into the melt stream.

CONSTITUTION: A material comprising organic substances in the form of rubber, plastic and lacquer or having such organic substances is heated in a vacuum process chamber 1 at sub- atmospheric pressure in a non-reactive atmosphere to a temp. of at least 200 deg.C. The gases and vapors thus formed are condensed in a condensate separator 3, and the condensate is captured and supplied for reuse or disposal treatment. The embrittled residues formed from the organic substances are crushed and the crushed residues are collected and supplied for recycling or disposal treatment. When the material to be treated contains metals, the formed residues are separated, collected and, if necessary, crushed. Thereby, it becomes possible to minimize the amount of gas formed at the time of treating and realize ecological and inexpensive treatment of the metal solid materials.

摘要： PURPOSE: To improve the metallurgical nature of a casting mold member by moving a heating chamber or cooling melt liquid in such a manner that the heating chamber comes into contact with the thermally insulating layer or is immersed therein before a casting mold penetrates the thermally insulating layer and is immersed into the cooling melt liquid. In succession, the downward movement of a plunger 2 is started and a pulling up chamber 1 having a stop frame 3 descends. The casting mold 5 gradually penetrates the thermally insulting layer 13 and is immersed into the cooling melt liquid 10. The downward movement of the pulling up chamber 1 is continued at the length until the casting mold 5 is completely immersed into the cooling melt liquid and the casting member in the casting mold is solidified.
