    • PURPOSE:To prevent a high viscosity material attached to the peripheral surface of a shutoff valve part from running down at any later stage by squeezing the high viscosity material at the moment of valve closing with the ring-form tip of the shutoff valve part and the ring-form tip of a nozzle, spreading the material into a thin film, and allowing it to fall off upon severance at this part by its own weight. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder part 35 is furnished on the axis within the body 31 in a location below the inlet 33, and a large diameter space 38 is provided in a down-position in axial direction of the cylinder part 35. In an area from this cylinder part 35 to the space 38, an intermediate valve part 43 in piston form is installed with possibility of being fitted and removed. Below this intermediate valve part 43, a shutoff valve part 45 is formed through a shaft part 44 having a smaller diameter than the intermediate valve part. The shutoff valve part 45 is capable of being fitted and removed in the area from the outlet 34 furnished below the space 38 to the outside positioned below the outlet 34. During the motion of valve closing, therefore, the high viscosity material going to run down at the outlet 34 is sucked back to the space 38 by the intermediate valve part 43.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure actuator enabling a piston and an operating rod to output equal forces during both forward and backward strokes. SOLUTION: The piston 24 is slidably fitted inside a cylinder 11, and the operating rod 31 integrated on one side of this piston 24 is projected from one end part of the cylinder 11 via a rod seal packing 33. Passages 44 to 47 are provided constantly introducing working fluid pressure to a rod side chamber 35 partitioned on a side of the operating rod 31 from the piston 24 inside the cylinder 11. A three-way switching valve 55 is provided for controlling feeding and discharging of the working fluid in regard to a head side chamber 36 partitioned in an opposite side of the rod side chamber 35 through the piston 24 inside the cylinder 11. This three-way switching valve 35 performs switching operation in linking with reciprocating movement of the piston 24 and the operating rod 31. A cross sectional area of the piston 24 and a cross sectional area of the operating rod 31 are formed in a ratio of about 2:1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the smooth sliding of the fall lid in a container. SOLUTION: A fall lid 41 is fitted to the inner wall surface of a bottomed cylindrical container main body 11 in a freely slidable manner and moved so as to scrape off the highly viscous material bonded to the inner wall surface of the container main body 11 by a large diameter wiper 47. Guide rollers 59 as contact elements coming into contact with the inner wall surface of the container main body 11 through a square cylindrical material 56 and a shaft support plate 57 are arranged at a plurality of the places of the peripheral edge part of the fall lid 41 in an up and down direction to be supported in a freely rotatable manner by shafts. The inclination of the fall lid 41 is prevented by the contact of the upper and lower guide rollers 59. One end of a wire 64 is connected to the central part of the fall lid 41 to vertically draw out the container main body 11 upwardly and the other end of the wire 64 is connected to the wt. 68 provided so as to be freely movable up and down along the outer wall surface of the container main body 11.

    • PURPOSE: To provide an axial piston motor by which axial force can be efficiently converted into rotational force. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder block 23 is rotatively fitted to an upper half part in a motor main body 10. Five piston insert holes 23b are axially opened on the concentric circle of the cylinder block 23, and each piston 25 is axially slidably fitted to each piston insert hole 23b. A distributing valve 31 is arranged, by which operating fluid is sequentially supplied to these pistons 25. A cam mechanism 41 by which the axial force of each piston 25 is converted into the rotational force of the cylinder block 23 is arranged to a lower half part in the motor main body 10. A cam follower 48 journalled to a cross head 47 integrated with the pistons 25 and a cam groove 42a on the outer circumferential surface of a column cam main body 42 are fitted to the cam mechanism 41. The cross head 47 applies the rotational force to a york guide 46 while being axially moved so as to rotate the cylinder block 23 and a center shaft 51.
