SOLUTION: The breath analysis system includes a breath collection tube with a lighting display that has two inlets and can purge the ambient air, while stabilizing pressure and/or turbulent flow of discharged exhalation. The circular lighting display at any end of the collection tube promotes a visually appropriate usage and reports a test result. The collection tube can be arranged, along the width or length of a hand piece without having to add dimensions or volume to the hand piece.
