摘要： A method for manufacturing a creased fabric is provided to form natural creases on a fabric, by adhering a hardly contracted fiber and a contracted fiber with an ultrasonic metal mold and thermally processing the adhering fibers. When an outer cover of a synthetic fiber fabric and an inner cover of the synthetic fiber fabric are passed between a roller metal mold and an ultrasonic plate, the outer cover and the inner cover partially adheres to each other by patterns of the metal mold through engraving and discharging processes. The outer cover of the synthetic fiber fabric has no contractive property by a primary thermal treatment, and the inner cover of the synthetic fiber fabric has a contractive property. When a predetermined intensity of heat is applied to the fabrics, an unadhering portion of the inner cover is contracted to form creases on an unadhering portion of the outer cover.
