SOLUTION: The Internet connection system includes an InterBOX 3 provided on a network with an IPv6 terminal 2 connected thereto, and an InterServer 6 to which the InterBOX 3 is connected via a global network by IPv4, the InterServer 6 stores an IPv6 address of the IPv6 terminal 2 or a portion thereon in relation with an IPv4 address of the InterBOX 3 and with respect to routing to the IPv6 terminal 2, tunneling connection of IPv4 is established with the InterBOX 3. The InterServer 6 controls the connection, performs filtering and generates a predetermined command on the basis of a class of the IPv6 terminal, a network class, user information and the like. The application program is configured to receive an instruction transmitted from the communication module to the application program via the virtual network, executes a predetermined process by accessing a file stored in the client apparatus or an another apparatus on a local network connected to the client apparatus in accordance with the instruction, and sends back the result of the process to the virtual network side via the communication module.
