Accordingly, the conveyance device 10 can adjust efficiently to convey a various types of materials by changing the spring constant or the weight ratio of the device using other methods than by changing of a gap of a related electromagnet-oscillating type driving device. A second conveyor 109 can operate to move the work product to both downstream and upstream sides along the second conveyor pan part 107, and the work product is thereby discharged from the distal end or the proximal end of the second conveyor pan part. A third or further additional conveyor module may be used for further delivering the work product.
