摘要： A composite member comprising a thermoplastic resin firmly bonded directly to a rubber. The member is obtained by closely bonding by heating a molded part of a thermoplastic resin consisting of a homopolymer or a copolymer of vinyl cyanide such as acrylonitrile to a molded rubber part consisting of a rubber composition comprising vinyl cyanide as a comonomer. The molded resin part may be prepared from an AS resin, an ABS resin, a polymer alloy containing an ABS resin, etc., while the molded rubber part may consist of a vulcanizable rubber composition containing a rubber such as NBR. The molded resin part is brought into close contact with the molded rubber part and at least one of them is heated via melting, vulcanization, etc., thus bonding these parts to each other.

摘要： A polymer comprising an anionic group (e.g. an acid anhydride group, a carboxyl group) and a hydrophilic segment (e.g. a polyoxyalkylene ether unit) is used as a cement retarder. The polymer is obtainable by copolymerization of a monomer including maleic anhydride with a monomer including a vinylalkyl ether-series monomer in which an alkylene oxide is added to allyl alcohol. The polymer may be a copolymer copolymerized with other monomers such as styrene. Use of this cement retarder can provide patterns or washing-finished face on the surface of a concrete product. The cement retarder is suitable for application for a cement retardative sheet.

摘要： A polyacetal composite according to the invention includes a polymer unit (A) composed of a polyacetal resin, and a polymer unit (B) composed of a thermoplastic resin or elastomer having an acidic group, and the polymer unit (A) and the polymer unit (B) directly adhere to each other. The acidic group includes, for example, a carboxyl group and a carboxylic anhydride group. The thermoplastic resin or elastomer having an acidic group includes a comonomer having at least one selected from among acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, fumaric acid, maleic acid, maleic anhydride, and itaconic acid as a comonomer, and typical examples thereof include, for example, acid-modified polystyrene and acid-modified NBR (acid-modified nitrile rubber). In this polyacetal composite, the polyacetal resin and another polymeric material are firmly fixed with each other.

An unsaturated polyester may also be used as a polymerizable composition comprising a polymerization initiator, a polymerizable vinyl monomer or others. The retarder may be a particle of a cured product of an unsaturated polyester. A retardative sheet can be formed by applying or impregnating a composition comprising the retarder and a tacky adhesive to a base sheet. By forming a predetermined pattern with the use of the retarder or sheet in a form, depositing a mortar composition, washing a surface of the hardened concrete, and washing out uncured mortar, a figure or a washing finished surface is formed on a surface of a concrete product.
