    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fluorescence powder capable of adjusting the wavelength of radiant light beams according to each different request, and to provide a white light emitting element having a comparatively good color rendering properties and a comparatively good quality.SOLUTION: A fluorescence material and the white light emitting element are provided. The white light emitting element includes a light emitting diode chip, a first fluorescence material, and a second fluorescence material. The light emitting diode chip is arranged on a substrate in order to emit laser light. The first fluorescence material and the second fluorescence material are arranged on the light emitting diode chip. A composition component of the first fluorescence material includes an aluminum nitride oxide doped with at least one of europium (eurpium=Eu) and manganese (Mn). The second fluorescence material is arranged on the light emitting diode chip, and thereafter first radiant light emitted by the first fluorescence material after absorbing the laser light emitted from the light emitting diode chip and second radiant light emitted by the second fluorescence material after absorbing the laser light emitted from the light emitting diode chip are mixed to generate white light beams.

      SOLUTION: First, a substrate having at least one dielectric layer is provided. Next, a photoresist layer having a first opening is formed on the dielectric layer. Plasma etching is applied to form a second opening on the dielectric layer with the first opening positioned in an upper part of the second opening. The diameter of the bottom of the first opening is smaller than the diameter of the head of the second opening. Thereafter, the photoresist layer is removed from the dielectric layer. Accordingly, at least a part of an exposed connection opening is not oxidized, thus preventing an increase in resistance between a conductive pattern and the conductive layer that closes the connection opening.
