SOLUTION: An operation is performed, wherein a stationary phase surface is coated with a polymer having the charge whose hydration force is changed in the range of 0-80°C by using neutral buffer solution having a low salt concentration as a moving phase, and the polymeric substance is held by shrinking a polymer chain on the stationary phase surface and desorbed by swelling the polymer chain by using a filling material capable of changing an effective charge density on the stationary phase surface by shrinking and swelling of the polymer chain caused by a temperature change.
