摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the safety of production and enable a large-size molded member to be manufactured correctly in a mixture of a plastic and gas. SOLUTION: A mixture of a molten thermoplastic plastic liquid 1 and a fluid 4 is injected into the cavity 8 of an injection molding die 5 by the translatory movement of a plasticizing/injection screw 2. Further the fluid 4 is guided into a screw cylinder 3 at least temporarily at a position 6 in the axial line direction where the screwing period 7 of the plasticizing/injection screw 2 is present. While the fluid 4 is supplied into the screw cylinder 3, an adequate pressure difference between the pressure PF of the fluid 4 and the pressure PS of the molten thermoplastic plastic liquid 1 is constantly maintained.

Accordingly, remixing or swirling of the component mixing chamber is regulated so that axial deviations between the chamber 3 and the passage 9 are differentiated, thereby altering in response to each time request.
