    • PURPOSE: A linear vibrating motor is provided to reduce costs of a product by curling and fixing the end part of a case after laminating components in the case and simplifying the component. CONSTITUTION: A groove(10a) is formed in one side of the end part of a case(10). A vibrator(20) comprises a magnet(21), a yoke(22), a plate(23) and mass(24). A spacer(30) is mounted within the case. A cover(40) prevents components to be damaged by closing one side of the case which is opened. The cover is combined with an opened end part of the case by curling. A suspension elastically supports the vibrator. An edge of the suspension is inserted between the spacer and the case and a center part of the suspension is combined with the vibrator. A substrate(60) is adhered in the bottom surface of the cover. A voice coil(70) is mounted in the lower side of the substrate.

    • PURPOSE: A condenser-microphone case is provided to improve the reliability of a condenser-microphone by being protected from foreign material including solder flux and water. CONSTITUTION: A part of a rectangular parallelepiped shape of metal case is formed. A part of the bottom side(110) of the metal case is cut. In order to form an acoustic hole(112), a gap(112c) is formed between a pressed part(112b) and an un-pressed part(112a). The size of the gap is precisely controlled. A water repellent is applied to the upper side and the lower side of the acoustic hole. The gap transmits sound wave as the acoustic hole.

    • PURPOSE: A micro speaker having a linear vibration structure and a method of making the same are provided to generate vibration having no distortion by using a damper plate and a terminal plate to support the both ends of a voice coil. CONSTITUTION: A vibration plate(120) is comprised of only an edge which is depressed downwardly and includes a penetration hole formed therein. A suspension(140) comprises a penetration hole corresponding to the center of inside with the damper plate(150). The bottom of the voice coil(160) is attached on the top of the suspension. The suspension transfers a signal to the voice coil. The terminal plate of the suspension is inserted between a rear frame(134) and a front frame(132).

A metal case has a rectangular box shape with one side open, such that the mechanical components are received. The metal case includes a curling surface, an edge portion of which is chamfered. Circuit components are mounted on a printed circuit board, which has a conductive pattern and a protruding connection terminal. A sealing pad is mounted on the insulating base to seal a gap between the metal case and the printed circuit board.

    • Disclosed is a silicon based condenser microphone comprising: a metal case having a bottom surface which is closed; and a board which is formed with a sound hole for collecting an external sound and a sealing terminal for sealing the sound hole by soldering to prevent distortion of a sound wave in the space between a main PCB and the microphone, the board being mounted with a MEMS microphone chip and an ASIC chip having an electric pressure pump and a buffer IC, the board being formed with a connecting pattern for connecting with the metal case so that the metal case is bonded on the connecting pattern by welding. Accordingly, an external sound is collected through the sound hole of the PCB and the metal case is welded to the board by the laser, whereby a bonding force therebetween is strengthened to enhance a mechanical firmness and resist an external noise. As a result, a process expense is saved, thereby sharply cutting a total manufacturing cost.
