摘要： PURPOSE: To attach a label to bottles having various shapes and to shorten the stop time of a machine by providing an inlet gate so that a product present at a supply station does not approach a label attaching position for a proper time. CONSTITUTION: A bottle 30 to which a label must be attached is advanced to a supply station 50 by an input conveyor 40. At this time, the bottle 30 is successively engaged with a pusher 140 at an inlet gate 60 to be driven to a work station 90. In the work station 90, the downstream label attached bottle 30 is pushed by the pusher 140 through the next bottle 30 to be discharged out of the work station 90. The label attached bottle is grasped by a speed reducing conveyor 100 and pushed to a speed reducing position to function as an aligning contact part and the bottle before the attachment of a label is arranged to the work station 90. When an aligning bottle label 20 is supplied, the bottle immediately after the attachment of a label is carried to the downstream region by the speed reducing conveyor 100 to separate the aligning bottle.

摘要： PURPOSE: To easily position a sleeve with respect to a transferred object and to place a film-like sleeve onto a bottle at high speed by supplying the lubricating gas film between the stretched sleeve and the transferred object. CONSTITUTION: Each bottle 16 is lifted upwardly by an elevator of one sleeve placing station, and inserted into a sleeve 20. When the bottle 16 is close to the stretched sleeve 20, each pressure chamber 116 is pressurized, and a lubricating gas film is supplied between the bottle 16 and the sleeve 20. On this occasion, as the frictional force between the stretched sleeve 20 and a pin structural element 108 is more than the frictional force between the bottle 16 and the sleeve 20, the movement of the bottle 16 in the sleeve 20 can be kept on a correct position. Accordingly the sleeve 20 can be quickly operated, and easily placed around a pin assembly of the pin structural element 108, and the sleeve 20 can be continuously placed.

Then a fine and intense flame out of nozzles 55 and 57 are made to impact upwardly with an angle from 90 deg. to 60 deg. against the drum and edges. At that time, one of the edges is heated and the other edge is continually heated, and both edges heated continuously until both of them are melted. The plastic layers formed in parallel are melted together by the arrangement to manufacture a high quality seal.

CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is for removing the hollow plastic labels from the bottles 13 in order to facilitate the reutilization and recycling of the bottles 13. The apparatus has a multi-station turret and supply and exit conveyors to sequentially supply the labeled bottles in line to the turret and remove the delabeled bottles 13 from the turret 14. The delabeling is accomplished with a cutter which is composed of a high-pressure jet of water. Ideally, the cutter is so regulated as to remove only the labels 35 without cutting or damaging the bottles 13.
