    • PURPOSE: A data communication device using a mobile phone terminal and a method therefor are provided to detect an emergency call from a server upon emergency, and to establish a data communication channel through the on/off of the mobile phone terminal to process an emergency message. CONSTITUTION: A voice call receiving detector(20) detects the receiving of a voice call of a mobile phone terminal(10). A terminal interface part(30) is connected to the mobile phone terminal(10). An external device interface part(40) is connected to an external device. A controller(50) recognizes calling from a server through the terminal interface part(30) by a signal detected in the voice call receiving detector(20) to establish a speech path. And then, the controller(50) ends voice communication established through the terminal interface part(30) for data communication between the server and the external device, and establishes a data communication channel. And the voice call receiving detector(20) includes an optical sensor(14) attached on a display screen of the mobile phone terminal(10) to sense light according to the receiving of the voice call.

CONSTITUTION: A burial unit(100) consists of a rectangular mound(10) and a burial chamber(20) in the mound. Rectangular tomb rims(11) are placed around the mound and the burial chamber forms a hollow(21) of a grave by digging in the ground. Stone plates(22) are provided on the inner wall of the hollow. The mound is formed by making the hollow, placing a burial case having a corpse or the corpse itself in the burial chamber directly and burying the case with earth.
