摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for separating a dose check from a position check of a patient during radiotheraphy for the patient and performing the dose check.SOLUTION: The method and system enables quantification of dose delivery in radiotherapy during patient-specific treatment by utilizing measurements in predefined time-intervals with information means positioned in the radiation beam, between the patient and a radiation source and converting the readings into corresponding measures in a phantom. The method further obtains calibration factors for the detectors. The calibration factors are obtained for each information means, field and the definable time-interval by simultaneously irradiating the information means and the phantom including the detectors to measure the absorbed dose using the patient-specific treatment without the need for the patient.
