摘要： An axle bearing device includes an inner ring fixed to an axle of a railway vehicle, an outer ring fixed to a journal box of the railway vehicle, and double row tapered rollers arranged between raceway surfaces of the inner ring and raceway surfaces of the outer ring. An opening portion between the inner ring and the outer ring is sealed by a labyrinth seal including at least one axial labyrinth extending in an axial direction and at least one radial labyrinth extending in a radial direction. At least one of the at least one axial labyrinth and the at least one radial labyrinth which form the labyrinth seal is formed between an outer-ring-side sealing member mounted to the outer ring and the inner ring or between the outer-ring-side sealing member mounted to the outer ring and an inner-ring-side sealing member mounted to the inner ring.

摘要： A retainer for a tapered roller bearing includes a small annular section, a large annular section, and retainer bar sections. Gates are uniformly arranged in a circumferential direction only in the large annular section. The gates are equal in number to the number of pockets. The gates are arranged only at sites positioned on planes passing circumferential centers of the respective pockets. The weld lines are thus formed only in the vicinity of the planes of the small annular section. A resin retainer for a tapered roller bearing excelling in adaptability to high speed rotation and high vibration is thereby obtained.

摘要： A rolling bearing is provided wherein one open end of the bearing space formed between an outer race and an inner race is covered with a sealing ring provided with oil flow holes provided with filters. The sealing ring includes a plurality engaging portions provided on the sealing ring in a protruding manner along the circumferential direction thereof, and engaged in recesses provided on the inner race. An annular member made of a material softer than that of the sealing ring is fixed to the sealing ring. The annular member includes a lip portion facing the outer race with a gap or kept in contact with the outer race. The sealing ring is formed by injection molding a resin, and weld lines generated during the injection molding are formed in the portions of the sealing ring corresponding to radial directions along which the oil flow holes are not disposed.
