    • PURPOSE:To register the printed patterns of a label material with the printed patterns of a bag material using a simple device by controlling the delivery rate of one material through control signals obtained from the signal corresponding to the deviation in the printed patterns, when said label material is delivered and laminated to said bag material with their parinted patterns registered. CONSTITUTION:Materials 1 and 2 in the state of film are delivered downward by the aid of guide rolls 7-10, and the part coat 2a of material 2 is fused when it passes through a heater 16. Then, both materials 1 and 2 are compressed and bonded to each other when passing between press rolls 11 and 12, and transported to a bag making machine. The mark of each of the materals 1 and 2 is detected by detectors 14 and 15 respectively and the delivery rate of the material 1 is detected by a rotary encoder 17a, and these outputs (a)-(c) are inputted into a computer 20. The relative distance between the materials 1 and 2 is measured from the time interval of the pulses correpsonding to each of the output signals (a) and (b), with the output signal (a) used as the reference, i.e., from the-number-of-pulses signal (e) of the signal (c) obtained from the deviation of the signal (b) from (a). And, the braking force of a solenoid brake 6 is varied in accordance with the measured value.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to glue two kinds of blank webs together by accurately registering them without being deviated from each other by such an arrangement wherein rolls of 2 kinds of blank webs are mounted on shafts which can be controlled by means of a brake, and marks on both rolls are detected while they are being unwound therefrom, and braking force applied to both shafts is properly controlled so that each mark on one roll coincides with a corresponding mark on the other roll. CONSTITUTION:Rolls 1, 2 of 2 kinds of blank webs are mounted on shafts 3, 4 which can be brake controlled respectively, and marks displayed on the blank webs are detected by detectors 14, 15 while rolls 1, 2 are being unwound, and braking force of each of shafts 3, 4 is properly controlled so that marks on both rolls coincide each other. This system can be used for a sealant labeling device, in other words it can be used for such a device wherein a roll of blank web of bag to be fed into a bag making machine can be laid over on a roll of printed matter such as a label and they are glued together.
