    • PURPOSE:To realize stable plant operation by utilizing unreacted ozone gas in water treatment by providing a valve closing a branch pipe from the atmosphere and a control part controlling an ozone generator so as to make the injection amt. of ozonized gas less than the suction amt. of the gas of an ejector. CONSTITUTION:Ozone supplied from an ozone generator 8 is reacted in an ozone reaction tower 7 to treat raw water to be treated with ozone. Unreacted ozone is supplied to an ejector 3 by the exhaust gas piping 5 connected to the upper part of the tower 7 to be introduced into the raw water. Since a control part 12 performs control so that the injection amt. of ozonized gas is always made less than the suction amt. of the gas of the ejector 3, the supply amt. of the gas to the ejector 3 becomes insufficient but the atmosphere is sucked from the branch pipe 10 of the exhaust gas piping 5 in the amt. corresponding to the insufficient amt. When the suction amt. of the gas of the ejector 3 is lowered because of the abnormality of a raw water pump 1, the unreacted gas is discharged to the atmosphere from the branch pipe 10 but, since the valve 11 closed by the abnormality of the raw water pump 1 is provided to the branch pipe 10, the discharge of unreacted ozone is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To remove an obstacle due to algae and to keep safety in working environment maintaining constant brightness even if flocculating and settling is performed without the use of chlorine by installing a green transparent or translucent window or skylight using glass or plastic in a building where a flocculating and settling tank is installed. CONSTITUTION:Raw water is introduced from a conduit tube 1 and a flocculant, a pH conditioner, etc., are added from a chemical tank 2. The mixture is agitating in a rapid agitating tank 4 and then agitated in a slow agitated tank 6 to flocculate turbid components in the raw water as floc which is settled and separated in a settling tank 7 as sludge 8. The whole settling tank 7 is installed within a building 10 and sunlight is taken in through a window 11 from the outside. The window 11 consists of green transparent or translucent glass or plastic and shuts out the light of complementary color of green which is necessary for the growth of plankton in the sunlight.

In this system, the water of an appreciation pond 4 is introduced and also purified and algae are removed. Thereafter, the purified water is reintroduced into the appreciation pond 4 and region 5 of the purified water is formed in one part thereof. Thereby, even when agricultural chemicals of high concn. are introduced, a fish 6 is run into the region 5 of purified water and the fish 6 is prevented from dying by the agricultural chemicals. The purifier 1 is equipped with a sand filter part packed with fine sand and an adsorption part packed with a fine activator.

    • PURPOSE:To remove NOx generated on the inner surface of a discharge tube and to prevent the deterioration of a conductive film by stopping the cooling of an ozonizer by an operation stop command, stopping the discharge of the ozonizer and stopping the supply of raw air based on the detected gas outlet temp. CONSTITUTION:Cooling water is supplied to the discharge tube in the ozonizer 1 when operation is commanded, and the supply of cooling water is stopped by an operation stop command. The temp. of the ozonized air is detected by a temp. sensor 10 provided at the outlet of the ozonizer 1. Discharge is continued until a specified temp. is detected. When the specified temp. is detected, the discharge of the ozonizer 1 is stopped after a fixed time. Raw air is supplied after a fixed time to discharge all the ozonized air. Consequently, the NOX generated on the inner surface of the discharge tube is opportunely removed, and the discharge tube is not broken.

The catalyst settled on the bottom of the vessel is returned to the diffuser pipe by a circulating mechanism and effective used.
