摘要： A waste bin device of an aircraft lavatory unit is provided. A chute, waste flap, and waste container are formed from a material having fire resistance performance. A fire spreading prevention space that prevents fire from spreading to the outside of a waste bin device main body due to a flame occurring when inserted waste catches fire is formed inside the waste bin device main body at a storing position of the waste container positioned with regard to a lower portion of the chute. A maintaining portion maintains the waste container at a storing position. The maintaining portion includes a first maintaining portion that maintains from a vertical direction a condition where an upper portion of the waste container and lower portion of the chute are aligned, and a second maintaining portion that maintains the condition from a direction orthogonal to the vertical direction, at the storing position.

摘要： Provided are an aircraft lavatory unit and a structure for arranging the same. A space section of a uniform width extends in a straight line from a rear wall to a front wall between a first side wall and a second side wall. A toilet bowl is disposed near the end in the extending direction of the space section on a side with the rear wall. A storage box is disposed above the toilet bowl between the toilet bowl and the rear wall. A wash basin is provided on a top surface of the storage box. The width of the body frame where the second side wall is located is formed at the minimum dimensions sufficient to ensure that the space section is wide enough that a person can come and go between the doorway and the toilet bowl and sit on the toilet bowl.

摘要： An aircraft lavatory unit includes a toilet disposed in a lavatory in front of a rear wall. A wash basin is provided at a location on a second side wall between the toilet and front wall, and has a bowl. A bottom compartment, including a contour matching the contour of a section of a bowl on the rear wall side, is provided between a bottom wall and the bowl, and a trash receptacle, consisting of a trash can and a fire extinguisher, is provided in the bottom compartment. The toilet is disposed inclined at an angle relative to the second side wall, so that the center line passing through the center of the toilet in the widthwise direction is farther from the second side wall, as it gets closer to the front wall side relative to the second side wall.

Handrails are provided on the first side wall and the second side wall. The diaper changing platform can be pivoted between a stowage position in which it is stowed in a stowage recess in the rear surface wall, and a usage position in which the diaper changing platform is lowered above the toilet bowl. The diaper changing platform is configured so that in the usage position it is supported by placing both sides of the bottom surface on the handrails of the first side wall and the second side wall.
