摘要： A method for detecting an Almost-Blank Subframe (ABS) configuration for an interfering macro cell of a heterogeneous network is implemented in a wireless terminal. For one or more resource blocks in a received signal, a first power metric is calculated as a function of channel response estimates determined for predicted cell-specific (or common) reference signal (CRS) resource element locations in a plurality of symbols. For the one or more resource blocks in the received signal, a second power metric is calculated as a function of channel response estimates determined for the predicted CRS resource element locations in a single one of the plurality of symbols. A difference between the first and second power metrics is compared to a threshold, and responsive to the comparison a determination is made as to whether the macro cell is operating in a Multicast and Broadcast Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) mode or a non-MBSFN mode.

摘要： A method in a first base station for obtaining channel state information from a user equipment is provided. The first base station is comprised in a wireless communication system. The wireless communication system further comprises the user equipment. The first base station estimates (403) a first offset value for a first set of subframes based on a first channel information. The first base station further estimates (404) a second offset value for a second set of subframes based on a second channel information. The first base station transmits (405) the estimated first offset value and the estimated second offset value to the user equipment. The first base station then obtains (407) channel state information from the user equipment. The channel state information is based on the transmitted estimated first offset value and the estimated second offset value. The channel state information is to be used for transmission in the first base station.

摘要： The embodiments relate to a method and a base station (110) for interference management in a cellular network (100) employing Space-Division uplink (UL) downlink (DL) Duplexing (SDD). The base station (110) assigns a plurality of Remote Radio Units (RRU) as Tx RRUs operable to dedicatedly transmit downlink signals to a plurality of UEs and Rx RRUs operable to dedicatedly receive uplink signals from the plurality of UEs at the same frequency band and same time as the transmission of the Tx RRUs. The base station then suppresses the interference caused by simultaneous transmission on the same frequency band by using a Tx spatial beamforming weighting matrix and a Rx spatial beamforming weighting matrix. In addition, the base station may perform cross-talk cancellation on the residual interference contained in the received signals by using the knowledge of the downlink traffic data.

摘要： The prevent invention provides a method for performing channel estimation and detection in a Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output (MIMO) system, including: generating a demodulation reference signal, DM-RS, pattern for an extended cyclic prefix (CP); and estimating and detecting channel performance based on the generated DM-RS signal pattern. The DM-RS pattern supports from rank 1 to rank 8 patterns for 8 layer transmission. A transmitter, a receiver and a system thereof are also provided. The method comprises steps of selecting a predetermined number of subbands with the best channel quality, and exchanging user data of the selected subbands. 摘要： The present disclosure provides a transmission method implemented in a communication device with multiple antennas and the associated communication device. The method comprises splitting a block of bits to be transmitted into a number of groups each consisting of k+2q bits， wherein k and q are natural numbers and each of the groups includes a subgroup consisting of k bits and two subgroups each consisting of q bits. The method further comprises performing 2 q -ary QAM modulation on the subgroups of q bits from the groups of k+2q bits to obtain QAM symbols， respectively. According to a transmit diversity scheme， the QAM symbols are processed so that two QAM symbols obtained from the two subgroups of q bits in each of the groups of k+2q bits are mapped onto each of at least two of said multiple antennas as two consecutive processed symbols. Through the use of 2 k -ary FSK modulation， a frequency tone to which the two consecutive processed symbols are allocated is selected according to the subgroup of k bits from said each of the groups of k+2q bits. Lastly， the processed QAM symbols are transmitted through said multiple antennas. The present disclosure also provides a reception method implemented in a communication device and the associated communication device.
