    • PURPOSE:To simplify adjustment and to enhance adjustment accuracy, by correcting the irregularity in the ratio of resistance values of a thermister and a reference resistor at the time of initial adjustment by the initial setting of a digital counter. CONSTITUTION:The output of a resistance value/frequency converter circuit 1 to which a thermistor 101 and a reference resistor 102 are connected, and the output of a clock frequency divider circuit 4 are inputted to a NOR gate 10 and the output thereof is inputted to a frequency divider circuit 2. The set signal of the frequency divider circuit 2 is imparted from a control circuit 3 and an initial adjusting logical circuit is formed of said circuits 2, 3. In this cases, resistance value/frequency conversion by the reference resistor 102 is performed definite number of times and that by the termistor 101 is performed for the same time as said conversion by the reference resistor 102 and the count number thereof is decoded and displayed. A digital counter is used in this data correction and the number of times for performing resistance value/frequency conversion are made variable and adjusted by a first reference resistor and, when display becomes same to a measured temp., adjustment is stopped and the number of times of conversion by the reference resistor is fixed.

    • PURPOSE:To decide the relation of quantity between a frequency division data at an outut of an RS flip-flop and a comparison data by setting an RS flip-flop with an output being a product of full bit output and resetting it at zero state of a frequency division means. CONSTITUTION:The circuit is simplified by using an OR circuit for a circuit part having been using an exclusive OR circuit. When an output state of a frequency division circuit is larger than a data, a signal of an AND output goes to either High or Low when the OR circuit is used. A stage of 1/2 frequency division circuit is provided next to the final stage of the former frequency division circuit, the edge detection is attained, the result is inputted to a reset terminal of a flip-flop circuit with set/reset and an output ANDing the OR output is inputted to the set terminal. Thus, when the output state of the frequency division circuit is smaller than the comparison data value, a node 2 has a low output and when equal to or larger than, a high level is outputted to the node 2.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and to improve the precision by starting frequency conversion using a reference resistance from the 0 state of a frequency dividing circuit and storing an output which is a specific number of times later, and starting frequency conversion using a thermistor from the next 0 state and displaying data coincident with the stored value. CONSTITUTION:Storage means 5 and 8 and frequency dividing means 2, 7, and 3 are reset and measuring operation is started; and the resistance value-frequency conversion is performed by using the reference resistance to input a clock to the means and also input a clock from an oscillation means 1 to the means 2, and the count state of the means 2 is stored in the means 5 every time a specific number of clocks are inputted to the means 7. Then, the frequency conversion is stopped and the frequency conversion using the thermistor is started after the output of the means of the means 2 is reset to the original value; when the count state of the means 2 coincides with the stored value of the means 5, it is stored in the means 8 and processed as specified and the result is displayed on a display means 10.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of the titled therometer by providing an initial logic adjusting circuit which corrects variance in the ratio of the resistance value of a thermistor at the temperature during initial adjustment and the resistance value of a reference resistance by varying a gate setting. CONSTITUTION:Resistance value-frequency conversion is performed by the reference resistance 102 as many times as set and then resistance value- frequency conversion is performed by the thermistor 101 within the time when the same time with conversion is generated by a frequency dividing circuit 5 which generates the same resistance value-frequency conversion time of the reference resistance 102 and the thermistor 101 by using the clock of an oscillation circuit 4. Then, the counted value of the conversion of the thermistor 101 is latched by a latch 12, decoded by a decoder 13, and displayed on an LCD14. Then, an N count number is equalized to a set number by the initial logic adjusting circuit 3 which correct the reference resistance and resistance value of the thermistor 101 so a specific expression is satisfied according to the reference resistance 102 and the count number and resistance value of the thermistor 101.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a highly accurate adjustment of absolute values while lowering the cost, by variably setting the measured resistance value of a thermosensitive element to correct variations in the temperature at the point of adjusting the resistance value ratio between the thermosensitive element and a reference resistance. CONSTITUTION:A reference resistance 2 and a thermosensitive element 3 are arranged and the charge/discharge frequency with the thermosensitive element 3 and a capacitance 4 within a fixed period and the charge/discharge frequency with the reference resistance 2 and the capacitance 4 are measured by counting clock pulses generated from a main controller 17. As these counts are proportional to the respective resistance values, the ratio thereof is calculated and converted to a temperature digital value by a conversion table of a ROM 12 to be shown on a display section 15. Then, second measured clock value is adjusted as adjustment of absolute values while first clock measurement set value is allowed to be set variable with an initial logical adjustment circuit 9 thereby eliminating variations in the resistance value ratio.
