    • Disclosed is an integral plastic binder which comprises a trunk, a plurality of branches extending at fixed intervals from either or both of the sides of the said trunk and swelled tips formed one at each free end of the branch extending from the trunk. When this plastic binder is wound around objects subjected to bundling and one end of the trunk is inserted in the interval between a suitable pair of adjacent swelled tips on the other end of the trunk and accommodated in the space between the corresponding pair of adjacent branches, the jaws on the underside of the swelled tips seize the accommodated portion of the other end of the trunk fast in position and prevent the seized end of the trunk from escaping through the said interval.

    • Disclosed is a thermal cut-off fuse for breaking electric continuity between first and second lead wires at a prescribed temperature. The fuse includes a housing with an electrically conductive contact means adapted to move between first and second positions in a hollow space of the housing and while at the first position to remain in contact with first and second terminal portions electrically connected within the housing respectively with the first and second lead wires and, while at the second position, to be separated from at least one of the two terminal portions. A temperature-sensitive member is sealed in a space within the housing on the side of the first position of the contact means, with a surface of the temperaturesensitive member opposed to the contact means. The member is adapted to remain solid under normal conditions and at the prescribed temperature being adapted to melt and undergo voluminal expansion, whereby the melting and voluminal expansion of the temperature-sensitive member at the prescribed temperature causes the surface of the member opposed to the contact means to be moved toward the contact means until the contact means is brought to the second position and the electric continuity between the first and the second lead wires is broken.

    • A thermal cutout fuse comprises a fuse housing, a first lead wire penetrated into the housing interior, a movable contact capable of being turned aslant in the radial direction and energized constantly in the horizontal direction, the movable contact connected to the leading end of the first lead wire, a stationary contact disposed so as to encircle the movable contact, a second lead wire connected to the stationary contact, a solid thermally sensitive pellet capable of melting at a prescribed unsafe temperature, the thermally sensitive pellet disposed inside the housing opposite the movable contact, and a stopper adapted to turn the movable contact aslant and keep it in contact with the stationary contact, the stopper interposed between the thermally sensitive pellet and the movable contact. When the ambient temperature of the fuse reaches the prescribed unsafe level and the thermally sensitive pellet melts, the stopper is deprived of its force tending to press down the movable contact and the movable contact is consequently is sprung up into its horizontal position. Thus, the movable contact is instantaneously separated from the stationary contact.
