    • A fin-tube type heat exchanger has parallel heat transfer tubes and a stack of a plurality of plate fins mounted on the tubes. Heat exchange is conducted between a first fluid flowing through the tubes and a second fluid flowing through the stack across each of the fins. Each fin has flat tube-mounting portions spaced in the longitudinal direction of the fin and formed with tube-mounting holes and a louver section disposed between each adjacent pair of tube-mounting portions. The louver section has elongated slats extending longitudinally of the fin and having side edges each spaced from an adjacent side edge of an adjacent slat. The slats are classified into two groups in respect of the cross-sectional shape. The slats of one group have generally flat cross-sections to reduce the resistance of the fin to the flow of the second fluid through the stack and are disposed in planes offset from the plane of the tube-mounting portions. The slats of the other group have V-shaped or inverted V-shaped cross-sections to increase stiffness of the fin in the longitudinal direction thereof.

    • A modulation circuit includes a band restriction filter 2, an attenuator 3, a modulator 4, a reference voltage generator 8, a comparing reference voltage generator 9, a voltage comparator 10 and an attenuator controller 7. The band restriction filter 2 receives modulation data. The attenuator 3 is connected to the band restriction filter 2 for adjusting its attenuation in response to an attenuator control signal. The reference voltage generator 8 is connected to the attenuator 3 for providing a reference voltage independent of a temperature and a power supply voltage to the attenuator. The comparing reference voltage generator 9 is connected to the reference voltage generator 8 for providing a comparing reference voltage independent of the temperature and the power supply voltage. The modulator 4 is connected to the attenuator 3. The voltage comparator 10 is connected to the attenuator 3 and the comparing reference voltage generator 9 for comparing the comparing reference voltage with a voltage of an output of the attenuator 3 and generating a comparison signal based on the comparison. The attenuator controller 7 is connected to the attenuator 3 and the voltage comparator 10 for generating the attenuator control signal in response to the comparison signal.

    • The present invention is to provide a liquid-filled type vibration isolator with the reduced number of parts and good productivity. The vibration insulator comprises an inner cylinder, a first ring approximately L-shaped in cross section, a second ring, an orifice ring approximately U-shaped in cross section and arranged between the first ring and the second ring, and an elastic member of rubber material integrally combined with an outer periphery surface of the inner cylinder and inner periphery surfaces of the first ring, the orifice ring, and the second ring. The elastic member is provided with a first groove and a second groove, an outer cylinder is combined with the first ring and the second ring on the outside of them, the outer cylinder and the first groove form a first liquid chamber, the outer cylinder and the second groove form a second liquid chamber, the outer cylinder and the orifice ring further form an orifice path making the first liquid chamber and the second liquid chamber communicate with each other, and the first liquid chamber, the second liquid chamber and the orifice path are filled with liquid.
